Privacy notice
What this notice covers
This notice covers the dominusos.ai website: this page, the home page and the white paper page. Dominus Foundry LLC publishes the site and is responsible for it. The site has no forms and no accounts. You can read every page without giving us anything.
Analytics
The site can use two analytics services. In the European Union, the wider EEA, the United Kingdom and Switzerland, only after you choose “Allow analytics”: nothing is sent until you choose, and if you choose “No analytics”, or make no choice, neither service is loaded. Elsewhere they are on unless you turn them off with Your privacy choices or your browser sends a Global Privacy Control signal.
- Google Analytics (Google LLC). When analytics are on, your browser loads Google’s script and sends page views. These include the page address without any query string or fragment, the page title, and the previous page’s address without its query string. Google sets the cookies
_gaand_ga_Z0BTF1J29Xto recognise a returning browser. Google also receives your IP address, as any website you contact does. - Vercel Web Analytics. When analytics are on, your browser sends page views to an address on this site. They also carry no query string or fragment. It sets no cookie.
We do not use advertising tags, we do not sell information about visitors, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioural advertising.
Your analytics choice
You can change your mind here at any time. Choosing “No analytics” after allowing it stops both services. It also clears the Google Analytics cookies this site can clear, and reloads the page so no script that had already loaded keeps running. Your choice is kept in this browser only, in two places: a cookie and a copy in browser storage. Both are honored for 180 days from when you chose, and if they disagree the more recent choice is used (a “No” wins a tie). After 180 days, your choice expires and is treated as if you had not chosen: in the EU, EEA, UK and Switzerland analytics stays off and you are asked again; elsewhere analytics are on again unless you turn them off. Because the storage copy stays valid for those same 180 days, clearing your cookies alone does not bring the question back before then.
Use Your privacy choices at the foot of any page to allow analytics or turn them off at any time.
Global Privacy Control
If your browser sends a Global Privacy Control signal, we treat it as “No analytics”. You are not asked, and the signal overrides an earlier “Allow” for as long as it is on. Outside the EU, EEA, UK and Switzerland, where analytics are otherwise on, the signal turns them off in the same way.
The site reads the signal the way your browser offers it to the page (navigator.globalPrivacyControl). That part is tested.
The site is also set up to answer the Sec-GPC request header: when a page request carries it, our hosting is configured to set a short-lived consent_gpc cookie that the page treats the same way. That part has not yet been confirmed on the live site. If your browser sends only the header and not the page signal, choose “No analytics” above to be sure.
What is stored in your browser
dos-consent(browser storage) and__Host-dos-consent(cookie): your analytics choice. It is always set once you choose, because without it we could not respect the choice. Both the cookie and the browser-storage copy are honored for 180 days from when you chose, then the choice expires and is treated as if you had not chosen (see above).consent_gpc(cookie, one day): meant to be set when your browser sends a Global Privacy Control header and cleared when it stops (not yet confirmed on the live site, see above). It means “No analytics”.__Host-consent_region(cookie, one day): set by our hosting on each page you open. It records only whether your connection appears to come from the EU, EEA, UK or Switzerland, and when that was decided, so the page knows whether to ask before analytics. If it cannot tell where you are, you are asked first. It is not analytics.dos-theme(browser storage): light or dark theme, if you switch it._gaand_ga_Z0BTF1J29X: only when analytics are on (see above). Google sets them to last up to two years unless you clear them or choose “No analytics”.
Other services your browser contacts
Every page also loads one thing from another company. It loads whatever you choose about analytics, and with JavaScript off too. It is not analytics, and we receive nothing from it about you. The company receives your IP address and the name of this site, as any server you contact does.
- Typefaces from Google Fonts (Google LLC).
Hosting
Our hosting provider serves the site and keeps standard request logs: IP address, browser type, the address requested and the time. Those logs are kept for operating and securing the site, not for analytics.
If you contact us
The site lists an email address and a phone number. If you write or call, we receive what you send and use it to reply. Calls to (505) 520-1433 may be recorded, and you are told at the start of the call. For Dominus Foundry’s other services, see dominusfoundry.com/privacy.
How long we keep it
We have not set a fixed deletion date for analytics or for messages you send us. Ask us and we will delete what we hold about you.
